Which sign-in page do I use?
Eazi Digital Keystone IAM is the shared identity service behind Eazi Digital products — it's what lets you sign in once and reach every product you have access to. You'll usually land on the sign-in page one of two ways:
- Signing in directly — go to the sign-in page and enter your details to reach your Tenant Portal.
- Single sign-on (SSO) prompt — if you're redirected here from another Eazi Digital product asking you to sign in, see Single Sign-On Explained for what happens next.
If you're not sure where to start, use the link your administrator or the product you're trying to reach sent you — it will land on the right page automatically.
Signing in with email and password
Enter your email address and password, and tick Remember me if you're on a device you trust and want to stay signed in longer. If your organisation just gave you an account, they'll have sent you a temporary password — sign in with it once and you'll be prompted to set your own.
Signing in with Google
Click Sign in with Google on the sign-in page and choose your Google account. This also works on the SSO sign-in prompt.
The first time you sign in this way, Eazi Digital Keystone IAM creates your account automatically from your verified Google identity — there's no separate password to set for this path. If your organisation already created an account for you with the same email address, signing in with Google links straight to it instead of creating a duplicate.
Resetting a forgotten password
Click Forgot Password on the sign-in page. You can reset your password two ways:
- By email — enter your email address and a reset link is sent to it. Follow the link to choose a new password.
- By SMS — choose the SMS option and enter your registered phone number. You'll receive a one-time code by text; enter it along with your new password to complete the reset.
If neither option works — for example, you no longer have access to that email or phone number — ask your organisation's administrator to reset your account from Managing Users.
Verifying your email address
New accounts are sent a verification email with a link to confirm the address is yours. Some actions in Eazi Digital Keystone IAM are unavailable until your email is verified, so it's worth doing this as soon as your account is created. If the email never arrives, an administrator can resend it from the user's record — see Resending a verification email.
